The Generation Connection Club is a program designed for “high to moderate functioning” individuals with early stage Alzheimer’s disease, related dementias, individuals with physical impairments, or individuals who need support and socialization. The Generation Connection Club has a daily intergenerational component.

The program will provide mental and physical activities that are motivating and are cognitively stimulating.

• Ability to walk with staff assistance and/or use of assistive devices, e.g. walkers, wheelchairs

• Verbally and physically non-combative

• Ability to communicate verbally

• Enjoys social interaction

Times: 7:00am – 5:30pm

The Sun Downing Program is a Program for the frail elderly and individuals with Alzheimer’s disease or related dementias. The Program is designed to keep the individuals physically and mentally active during the sun downing hours. The Program provides exercises and special activities such as bingo, karaoke, and reminiscing time.

Personal care services are provided such as, a light shower/sponge bath, teeth cleaned, hair combed, and dressed ready for bed. A light supper and snacks are provided.

The Saturday Respite Program is a program designed to provide an adult day social, therapeutic program. The program provides respite for the families and caregivers while keeping the individual involved with mental, physical, and social activities.
